Gennix takes first steps

After a busy year of integrating the operations of Novatek Networks and Iodea Technologies an official merger known as Gennix Consulting Inc. is open for business.

Gennix directors, Erik Edge (formerly of Novatek Networks) and Ren Giesbrecht (formerly of Iodea Technologies) saw the unlimited potential of merging their two well respected technical support companies into  one that shared their client-centric philosophy  and emphasis on teamwork.

Erik Edge on working as a team says "...teamwork is what makes our clients successful.  Our Clients have come to rely on us as a part of their team to ensure that they have a stable computer infrastructure upon which to deliver quality services to their patients and customers.".

Ren Giesbrecht summarizes the potential of the new company this way. "We see this merger as an opportunity to grow a company that is more than the sum of the two companies that preceded it. We are excited about raising the bar in terms of client service while improving efficiencies and utilizing the collective strength of our group.".

Gennix offers services such as a technical support helpdesk, after hours support, weekly or biweekly office visits, pro active maintenance, monitoring services, and web development. Gennix is a one stop shop, meeting the IT needs for any small to medium sized company.
